Is the pledge legally binding?

No. CJP is a satirical movement, not (yet) registered with the Election Commission of India. The pledge is symbolic. It commits you to voting in your next election and bringing two friends.

Do I have to be unemployed to join?

No. The CJI's remark referenced youth, RTI activists, and journalists, but CJP is open to any Indian citizen aged 18+. Under-18 supporters are welcome as non-voting members.

What does this cost?

The pledge and digital card are free. No card fee, no party line. The optional Main Bhi Cockroach tee is ₹799 (launch price; ₹999 normal). Free shipping above ₹999.

Will my data be sold?
