If you are a journalist, podcaster, YouTuber, magazine editor, university paper writer, college fest curator or motivated supporter who needs CJP visuals for a piece — this is the one page to bookmark. It indexes everything: where the logo lives, which founder portraits are approved for editorial use, what's in the MP endorsement pack, how to grab the member-card template, and which social sizes the press kit ships. The aim is to spend less time on email back-and-forth and more time on the story.
The press kit at a glance
Five buckets, all in one Drive folder, sent on request via /press:
- Logo files — SVG master plus PNG exports at 1024 / 512 / 256 / 128 / 64 px, transparent.
- Founder photos — three approved frames of Abhijeet Dipke, the 30-year-old PR student at Boston University who registered the domain.
- MP endorsement assets — screenshots of MP Mahua Moitra's CJP card tweet (18 May 2026) and MP Kirti Azad's poster moment (19 May 2026).
- Member card design template — editable Figma file showing the layout members receive on join.
- Social share assets — OG cards 1200×630, Instagram feed 1080×1350, Stories/Reels 1080×1920, with editable Figma.
If you only need one or two assets, skip the Drive request and use the direct links below.
Logo files
Everything you need for the logo lives in a dedicated post: CJP Logo PNG / SVG Download — Official Files. Quick links:
- Master SVG:
/img/roach.svg(~4 KB · transparent ·#b8860b) - Hex:
#b8860b· CMYK print: C 10 / M 30 / Y 100 / K 25 · Pantone equivalent: 1255 C - Background: cream (
#fdf6e3), or transparent. Avoid pure white. - Decoded: Cockroach Janta Party Logo — design & meaning · CJP Logo Decoded — deeper symbolism
Founder & leadership photos
Three approved Abhijeet Dipke frames are in the press kit. None are studio-shot; CJP doesn't have a press photographer. All three were taken by friends or volunteers, with the founder's written consent for editorial reuse.
- Founder portrait 01 — desk. The 2:47 AM Boston dorm-room shot, laptop open, domain registration page on screen. The de facto canonical founder photo.
- Founder portrait 02 — class. Abhijeet in his Boston University PR seminar, 17 May 2026. Useful for "PR student turned movement-founder" framing.
- Founder portrait 03 — kitchen. Printed manifesto draft on a kitchen table. Useful for "this is what founding a party in 2026 looks like" lede.
For honorary members, the press kit also includes the screen-grabs of the MP endorsements. See Mahua Moitra's CJP moment and Kirti Azad's CJP timeline for context. We don't redistribute photos of the MPs themselves — those are owned by their respective offices and PTI/ANI photo desks; we link to those rather than republish.
The press kit also has CJI Surya Kant's public courtroom still (from the 15 May remark video), again only as link-out, not re-host, since rights belong to the court-reporting outlets.
Member card design template
The CJP digital member card is the most-shared CJP asset after the logo. It's an amber-on-cream PDF with the holder's name, member ID, join date, and a QR code linking back to /manifesto. The Figma file in the press kit is the editable layout — useful for journalists writing pieces on "what does CJP look like to a member", and for state-chapter volunteers who want to mock up a regional language variant.
If you're a member and want to share your own card, you already have it: it was emailed to you on join. If you want to mock up a fictional card for a piece (use case: "what if everyone in this office joined"), the template lets you do so cleanly. Rules: don't fake a real person's card without their permission, and don't use a fake card to claim CJP endorsement of something. See How to Join CJP for the full join walkthrough.
Social share assets — OG, 1080×1350, 1080×1920
Three sizes cover 95% of how CJP links travel on social. All are in the press kit; the OG default is live at /img/og-home.png.
- Open Graph (1200 × 630 px) — what loads as the preview when CJP links are shared on X, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram or Facebook. The default is amber roach on cream with cockroachjantaparty.buzz underneath; per-post variants exist for major explainers.
- Instagram feed (1080 × 1350 px) — 4:5 portrait. Same composition, taller crop, used for the Instagram grid (the holding handle is being rolled out by volunteer moderators).
- Stories / Reels / WhatsApp Status (1080 × 1920 px) — 9:16 vertical. Same composition, very tall crop, with the QR code positioned for thumb tap.
Reusing these is free for editorial work; if you remix them, please keep the colour palette (amber + cream + optional black outline) so the asset still reads as CJP at a glance.
Usage licence — in plain English
Three lines.
- Free for editorial use, with credit. "Image: Cockroach Janta Party / cockroachjantaparty.buzz" — caption or end-of-piece, either is fine.
- Coordinate for commercial use. Merchandise, paid campaigns, advertorials — please email via /press first.
- Member photos respect consent. The meet-up photos in the press kit have signed consent from the people clearly visible. Don't crop the consent line out, don't repurpose them for material that could embarrass the subjects, and don't deepfake them.
That's it. No 12-page brand bible, no lawyer's letter. The whole point of CJP's manifesto is that public movements should be legible to the public, and the press kit follows the same principle.
If you're a journalist on a fast deadline and the Drive link hasn't arrived yet, the master SVG at /img/roach.svg plus the OG image at /img/og-home.png are enough to publish. The rest is decoration. If you're not a journalist but you wandered in here, the next step is the join page — free, no card fee, no party line.
