Why CJP wants the Education Minister out.
Grace marks for 1,500+ students, paper-leak FIRs in two states, a Supreme Court hearing, and a re-test for thousands. No ministerial accountability.
UGC-NET cancelled mid-cycle. CSIR-NET postponed. CUET-UG centre changes day-of. The National Testing Agency has run out of credibility — and the minister it reports to.
Five years in, the National Education Policy is a press release. Implementation is uneven, funding is opaque, and students are paying the bill in lost years.
India's exam system used to be the one bureaucracy that worked. Today, parents factor a re-test into every student's calendar. That is not a Tier-2 problem. That is a portfolio-level failure.
Petition FAQ
How do I sign the CJP petition to sack the Education Minister?
Fill the three-field form at the top of this page — name, email, city. Hit submit. Your signature is added to the public count instantly. There is no fee, no OTP, no upsell.
Is the petition real? Will it actually be delivered?
Yes. Every 25,000 signatures we publish a snapshot of the count, batch the signature list (names + cities, never emails) into a public PDF, and submit it via India Post to the PMO, the Ministry of Education, and the Lok Sabha Secretariat. The first hand-delivery is planned at 1,00,000 signatures.
Why the Education Minister and not someone else?
Because the cockroach generation, by CJP's own definition, is unemployed youth — and the single ministry that most directly shapes whether the next decade of young Indians get jobs, college seats, or fair shots at exams is the Ministry of Education. Sack the one whose KRA is "the future."
Do I have to be a CJP member to sign?
No. The petition is open to any Indian citizen who agrees with the demand. You can sign without joining the party. You can also sign and then join — membership is free.
How is my data used?
Your name and city appear in the petition count. Your email is used only for the confirmation, the milestone updates (25k, 50k, 75k, 1L), and the delivery receipt. We never sell, share, or hand off your email to a third party — read the disclaimer in the footer.
How can I do more after signing?
Three steps. (1) Share the petition with one WhatsApp group right now. (2) Join CJP — free, 60 seconds. (3) If you want to bankroll the campaign, the optional ₹499 Member Badge directly funds the petition's hosting, hand-delivery costs, and the legal review on the PDF.
How many signatures has the CJP petition collected so far?
The counter on this page shows the running total. Over 56,000 people have already joined the CJP movement — the petition keeps growing. Every 25,000 signatures, CJP publishes a public snapshot and submits a physical copy to the PMO, Ministry of Education, and Lok Sabha Secretariat.
Is the petition still live after the website blocking?
Yes. cockroachjantaparty.org was blocked on 23 May 2026 and CJP's social accounts were withheld or hacked. This page on cockroachjantaparty.buzz is the movement's operational base — the petition is still live, still accepting signatures, and will be delivered regardless of what happens to the .org domain. The block has not affected this petition. Read the full crackdown timeline: CJP crackdown — X withheld, Instagram hacked, site blocked →
What is the NEET connection to the CJP petition?
The petition targets the Education Minister specifically because of the NEET re-test disaster, NTA paper leaks, and the CUET chaos. Read the full story: CJP's NEET petition — why the Education Minister must go →
What is Dharmendra Pradhan's response to the NEET UG 2026 paper leak?
Pradhan announced a retest on June 21, 2026, and fee refunds for all 22.79 lakh candidates, while ordering action against Telegram misinformation channels. He has not commented on calls for his resignation. CJP's position: rescheduling an exam is not ministerial accountability — the demand is his removal.
